Shopko, a midwestern department store chain, has a buy one get one 40% for all LEGO sets. It is available online and in store. They don't have the full LEGO line but do have several 2015 sets including some City, Star Wars, Marvel, Elves, and Friends sets that haven't yet seen much if any discounting yet.
